These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of RIBMA and its related website, app, and digital content (collectively, “RIBMA”), provided by DPOCKETS Co., Ltd. (“DPOCKETS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By using RIBMA, you agree to these Terms.
The payment provider and transaction terms for paid RIBMA products depend on where you purchase. If you purchase on our website (https://ribma.jp), the purchase terms presented by Paddle at checkout also apply. If you purchase through an app store (Google Play Store or the App Store), payment, refunds, and other transaction terms are governed by that store's terms, and the provisions of these Terms that relate to Paddle (including the Paddle-related provisions of Sections 5, 12, and 14) do not apply.
RIBMA is a short digital experience designed as a starting point for recognition.
RIBMA is not a medical service, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or other professional medical or mental-health service.
RIBMA does not promise or guarantee problem-solving, self-improvement, relaxation, emotional change, behavioral change, increased performance, happiness, health, or any other particular outcome.
What you choose to do, or not do, after using RIBMA is up to you.
You must have the legal capacity required under the laws of your place of residence to use RIBMA.
If you are a minor, you should use or purchase RIBMA only with any consent required from a parent or legal guardian.
If RIBMA provides account functionality, you must provide accurate information and take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.

RIBMA may include both free and paid content.
The content, price, delivery method, access period, and other conditions for each product will be shown on the relevant product page or at checkout.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, purchasing paid content does not transfer ownership of any RIBMA intellectual property to you.
This section sets out the terms for purchases made on our website (https://ribma.jp). The scope that applies to each purchase route is described at the top of these Terms.
Paid RIBMA transactions are processed through Paddle.
Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for the transaction and sells the product to the buyer, while DPOCKETS supplies and licenses the RIBMA product or content.
Before purchasing, you must review the price, applicable taxes, payment terms, Paddle Buyer Terms, and other conditions displayed through Paddle Checkout.
Refunds are governed by the RIBMA Refund Policy, the Paddle Refund Policy, and any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.
Subject to these Terms, we grant users who lawfully access RIBMA a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use RIBMA for personal use.
This licence does not transfer ownership of RIBMA or its content.
You may not:
All rights in the RIBMA name, logo, text, audio, images, video, software, interface, graphics, design, and other content belong to DPOCKETS or the relevant lawful rights holder.
Your right to use RIBMA under these Terms does not transfer those rights to you.
We may modify RIBMA, its features, or the way it is provided where reasonably necessary for security, functionality, quality, or operation.
RIBMA may temporarily become unavailable because of maintenance, technical failure, security measures, force majeure, or other circumstances.
If a change materially affects purchased content, we will take reasonable steps appropriate to the circumstances.
Text, audio, guidance, and other content made available through RIBMA do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or other professional advice.
Where a health or safety decision requires professional judgment, you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified professional where necessary.
We use reasonable care in providing RIBMA, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, completely error-free, or compatible with every device or environment.
We do not guarantee that using RIBMA will produce any particular psychological state, recognition, behavior, achievement, or other result.
To the extent permitted by law, and except in cases of our willful misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that cannot legally be limited, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary loss actually suffered by the user.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
If a user materially breaches these Terms, we may suspend or terminate access to RIBMA to the extent permitted by law and reasonably necessary.
Any refund entitlement will be determined under applicable law, the RIBMA Refund Policy, and the terms that apply to your purchase route (the relevant Paddle terms for website purchases, or the relevant store's terms for app store purchases).
We may update these Terms when reasonably necessary because of changes to RIBMA, applicable law, service providers, or our operations.
If a change materially affects user rights or obligations, we will provide appropriate notice through RIBMA or by another reasonable method.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, the Sapporo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes between you and DPOCKETS arising from use of RIBMA.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your place of residence.
For website purchases, purchases and payment transactions with Paddle are separately governed by the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and related Paddle policies. For app store purchases, the relevant store's terms apply.
